Shipping Methods

We offer worldwide shipping with the following options:

• Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days (Free on orders over $150)
• Express Shipping: 2-5 business days ($25)
• Overnight Shipping: Next business day ($50)

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. Products are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. Each package includes a packing slip and Certificate of Analysis.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking updates are available in your account dashboard.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs inspections and delays. KeoSupps is not responsible for customs holds or additional duties. Shipping times may be longer for international orders (10-30 days).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with:

• Order number
• Tracking number
• Photos of damage (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. These are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
